"Steadily declining paychecks, traffic has decreased tremendously over the course of the year, economy is not helping either."

"Offer small base salaries (like they used to) with volume bonuses. This commission only stuff is not cutting it. Now we are paid on draw which means if we don't make a certain amount in sales each month, then we owe the company money!"

"It was a great place to work with great people from the bottom all the way to the CEO. A company that treats their employees with respect and dignity. I loved the fact that I was able to utilize all my automotive management experience to the fullest."

"The fact that the company was not really growing when I worked there and quite the opposite it was restructuring and downsizing which led my departure prematurely in 2006."

"I suspect that they are doing the right things as they are still in business in North America and have avoided bankruptcy like GM and Chrysler."
