Get rid of most of your Inter-Tel managers (let the sales staff report to regional management), pare down, make a really good marketing plan (including a very good customizable sales presentation), work harder at getting better, more qualified leads, make it easier to present to and compete with the really big clients, who Mitel should be targeting. DO NOT TREAT YOUR STAFF LIKE GERBILS, being incessantly micro-managed and harassed!

2.5 Mitel Net Solutions using smoke and mirror marketing to lead channel partners to conclusions that are not exactly viable.Price Points for services are way over market value. Micro Management, restricted travel, no marketing tools, competitive inside sales groups.It sounds good at first but once you are there and peel back the onion, it's not good for the dealer network vs other competitive offers.
