Mitel has great health benefits but lacks in Compensation, Bonuses, and Merits. The Culture is great and is one of growth and development. In May of 2017 Toshiba Telecommunications Division sold all assets to Mitel Inc. and where a few of the original employees were offered employment. After 2 years, Mitel, Inc. has decided to lay the few employees they obtained and out source the product support to the 3rd party."
