"Just like with any other company/interview, be honest about yourself, your work, etc. Dont be afraid to present your ideas or share thoughts when asked for, and ofcourse be nice and polite."

"This is one of the BEST places I've ever worked. In fact, Michaels was rated among the Top10 places to work in a survey by a leading organization. And the credit, of course, goes to the management/executives."

"My only complaint that I have is we don't get enough pay. But what do you expect from retail. I love my co-workers. Yes, there is drama but that's what you get from all different types of people working together. I have nothing but nice things to say about our store manger. He is awesome! All of the management in our store are wonderful. This is a second job for me so I don't expect to get rich from the pay. It helps pay some bills. I feel that I am fortunate to work there."
