"Work is life. There is very little social and family time, and a poor hourly wage. Money is made by profit sharing and bonus."

"I would suggest less hours, and give employees more time for family."

"They care more about making money than making sure there is enough staff to help people. When I was a manager, I would have to send people home all the time. Menards cares more about making money than their people or if their people can make a living."

"Get a clue. Go back to the way you were seven years ago. Remember, if you make someone happy with the service they get, they will return and spend more money. Treat people like dollar signs and they will go elsewhere."
