"Be prepared to learn in a fast paced environment."
What don't you like about working at ACDelco?
"Became a cookie cutter engineering environment which was filled with procedures, checklists and forms. Business seemed to focus more on the forms and procedures than on engineering principles."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Remove road blocks which tend to slow progress and stifle creativity. Review management and leadership abilities with emphasis on coaching and getting along with employees."

"A competitor bought the company out, took the intellectual property of the company and shut down Telxon."

"Avoid allowing a competitor from buying you out....sorry! Too late."

"pretty good group of engineers overall."

"Don't, they are usually looking for the lowest price they can get."
What don't you like about working at Nilfisk-Advance?
"finger pointing, young spastic purchasing personel. A little to corporate for such a small company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"No one cares how many patents a person has. Put them in a private room and quit reminding people how many patents you have and how smart you are. Its boring and says look what I have done more than look what we can do. As well, any well educated engineering can come up with the same idea given the same opportunity."
