"eServ had a casual work enviroment and there was a good variety of work."

"It's not a bad place to work, but they need to mature as a company in order to continue their sucess."
What don't you like about working at Dell?
"Narrowminded management did not see the value in expanding the customer base, specically in the Chicago area. Also, compensation was below average for this market."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Grow the Chicago office and vary compensation based on the market."

What do you like about working at Cymer?
"Fantastic technology and - while it lasted, a great team. The EUV team they built up was the best I'd ever worked for."
What don't you like about working at Cymer?
"The management was terrible and the science team was - while brilliant - difficult to work with. No respect for the engineers who are far overworked, unappreciated and made to fix problems that management created. Schedules are never met because expectations are unrealistic."

"I was a contractor working for a supplier."

"Not enough help to get the job done. Too many airport baggage handling jobs were pushed out the door that were incomplete."
