"It has been a very rewarding career, up until the last 5 years. Everything seems to have changed. Companies have become incredibly demanding, have forced workers to preform duties that used to take two or three people now are forced upon one and even for a Designer, HR now demand a 4 year bachelor's degree, insanity at best. What used to be a very gratifying and rewarding field in now nothing more than a glorified labor's position to be filled and fired at whims."
