"finger pointing, young spastic purchasing personel. A little to corporate for such a small company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"No one cares how many patents a person has. Put them in a private room and quit reminding people how many patents you have and how smart you are. Its boring and says look what I have done more than look what we can do. As well, any well educated engineering can come up with the same idea given the same opportunity."
