"Camaraderie, teamwork, and competition were a big draw for working at MCI. Most of the employees were new and young, like myself, and it made for an enjoyable environment, even when you got stuck on the graveyard shift working 12 am to 9 am."

"Management was often very aloof, and did not share company information or goals with the CSPs. The supervisors managed our teams, but the actual managers were doing something else."
