"Let employees take control and manage their projects as managers saw fit. Managers had freedom to do what that felt was necessary to get the job done."

"I don't have any thing negative to say. Management was always there for their employees and tried to help in any way."

"Accounting is very important and don't meddle with it. This will protect the company as well as individuals."
