"Be positive, have one call resolutions, and have great customer service skills."

"I loved the fact that they were focused on training their employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The compensation needs to be more comparable to what a real technical person would make, not one third of the salary or one half of what the market value is today."

"MCI was a fun place to work because there were so many promotions run for customers, but also between our teams which really contributed to up-selling and frequently going far beyond goal."

What do you like about working at MCI?

"Camaraderie, teamwork, and competition were a big draw for working at MCI. Most of the employees were new and young, like myself, and it made for an enjoyable environment, even when you got stuck on the graveyard shift working 12 am to 9 am."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"No... sadly, they no longer exist!!"

What don't you like about working at MCI?

"Management was often very aloof, and did not share company information or goals with the CSPs. The supervisors managed our teams, but the actual managers were doing something else."
