"I hated working for MCI, they sucked compared to my current employer... Citigroup rocks!! This is the best call center/employer I've ever worked for. My manager works with me and the goals I am working towards, he makes me want to improve my calls/behavior. The benefits are out of this world!! Day one - how many other companies can say they offer that day one Citi.com/careers."

What don't you like about working at MCI?
"The 2nd manager I had, I had no clue who he was until I'd been on his team for 3 weeks. I think the shift I worked was nights to his days or something, but he could have at least stayed late the day he knew I was joining his team. He did nothing to make my career at MCI anything to write home about. In fact he gave MCI a bad name as far as I'm concerned."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The 2nd manager I had nothing to make my career at MCI anything to write home about. In fact he gave MCI a bad name as far as I'm concerned. Management needs to go work for Citi.com/careers to see what real management is all about. My manager at Citi works with me on my goals every month, he makes me strive to be a better employee (I've been with this company for about the same amount of time I worked at MCI, they treat me very nice. I have no intention of leaving and I know that they have every intention of keeping me/promoting my goals). I'm proud to say I work for Citi, can't say that about MCI. There is no excuse for a manager ignoring an employee like I was ignored and making me feel unwelcome. I felt like an outsider the entire time I worked for MCI, right from the time I was in training due to issues there as well, by being excused of cheating on the final test when I know my integrity is higher than most."
