My move to the regional team has been great & I am very satisfied by my work load, my managerial interaction, & my relationship with our leadership team. My only negative would be the uncompetitive compensation available as well as many splits that have been announced during my time. It looks like they will finally separate our home healthcare division from our staffing division this winter."
