"Lots of opprotunity to wear a lot of hats and be involved in varying operations and interests as challenges presented themselves. NPI, Product Design, Applications Eng, Transportation, and other aspects of the industry"

"Keep in mind this is a Start UP Company that has been a Start Up for more than Ten Years."
What don't you like about working at Purfresh?
"Job didn't last due to poor product roll out to market. Loss of revenue by not maintaining released product created the layoff situation"

"When down sizing do not just look at department function when individual contributions should be considered."

"Sipex was a company that offered the oppertunity to grow my career very rapidly in all phases and gave the additional oppertunity to participate in events that I may never come in contact with at any other company"

"Make sure you discuss compensation as far as performance bonus is concerned."

"When a company like Global does not pay it's suppliers on time consistently, it makes the job of Purchasing almost impossible."

"Challenging and creative. I was able to wear many hats and fill many voids in the Operations department while we where relocating the warehouse. I had full hiring decision making."
