What do you like about working at Marriott Hotels & Resorts?

"What like about working at JW Marriott Hotel is the hands on training that I got and also the entire staff was amazing. The working environment was diverse and everyone works together. The whole team is one big family which is warm and very welcoming. Because of the internship, I can boast of an experience as an Accountant. I really appreciate the opportunity and I would do it all over again."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Please dress appropriately because first impressions at JW Marriott Hotel is everything. Please be on time.At the interview, relax, be confident, and very attentive to the interviewer."

What don't you like about working at Marriott Hotels & Resorts?

"I was expecting to land a position at JW Marriott Hotel after my internship however, I didn't . I have been trying to and I hope to have the opportunity to work at the JW Marriott one day."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To empower employees that interns come in to learn and not to take the place of current employees. I think by so doing, the amazing team work effort at JW will even be better than it is currently."
