"I thoroughly enjoy my work in the sales, marketing and overall business development in the technology sector. It's challenging, constantly changing. I also enjoy the tremendous amount of independence I am allowed in deciding where best to spend my time."

"As is often the case in working with startup organizations, many people placed in management positions have not developed the necessary skills."

"Hire intelligent, hard working people, give them the resources they need to succeed and treat them with respect."
