"Some county managers make very bad decesions and that reflects negetivly on the company."

"County Managers that do not produce usualy make bad decesions and they use the excuse that they know the county better than any one else. Make them more accountable, monitor track records of employees to discover if management is makeing good decesions on evaluation of employees, after they have proven themselfs than less monotoring is required."
