"Was acquired by Mantech a little under 3 years ago as an intern and allowed myself and others shine under the spotlight with little or no experience. A small team, we were ready to do great things. As our team grew the experience and knowledge grew as well, with great ideas turned into reality. Later down the road, an unforeseen and tragic event occurred. The contract was depleting of funds and fewer and fewer members ceased to exist (on the contract). And now is the time I say my farewell."

"Being separated from my wife and two children for months."

"Try to always have the right tools for the job at hand no matter if that tool may only be used once in a while, it's there when needed. Also, provide awards and recognition to those deserving not just to meet a corporate requirement."

"My senior management trusts me to get any job done."

"Stay involved in the company. As long as you are not forgotten about it is an amazing place to work"

"Not a lot of support from management. The job location is Afghanistan"

"Try to be more involved with your deployed employee's. we seem to get forgotten"

"The yearly requirements for compliance with government regulations about everything do take time to complete."

"The direct manager does a good job, therefore I have no suggestion."

"Upwardly mobility; my direct program management with the client extended to program for 2.5 years."
