"I was very happy working at Mantech. The company was great and they were very employee oriented. The managers believed in their employees and the work/life balance was really good. The only reason I left was to work closer to home. Although I didn't apply to Mantech they purchased the company I worked for (Grayhawk Systems Corporation). They treated all employees like family. I would recommend Mantech to anyone."

"The company furloughs employees to cut costs. Leadership does not communicate with employees. There are no tools provided for improvement. I have never worked for a company like this. Six years ago the company was great! I have yet to meet an employee at my location that likes ManTech."
