The company organizes itself to handle their constant incoming demand and ensure they have enough vehicles to meet their demand. Since they work with dealerships and body shops, Hertz is a highly fast paced environment. To match this pace, there are goals and daily objectives in place to streamline their operational processes. What's also impressive are the techniques & strategies for objection handling. The company also has a detailed investigative approach to handling customer complaints in order to ensure customer satisfaction."

"Leading and managing a team of 11 people onsite and 5 people offshore was a great learning experience. However, it's a fast paced environment and most of the times requirements for BI team are handed off only at the last minute and a company wide sprint or release cycle is not followed for BI team, which makes it difficult to enforce proper coding and testing standards. But overall, I really like to be part of BI Datawarehousing team."

Mostly driven by working for a great boss, to a less than competent manager who was concerned with making friends than running an operation. There was also conflict between a peer and all other managers, about a lack of flexibility and unwillingness to change."
