"I have worked at locations on the east cost and west coast. When I relocated to California it was like working for a different company. Most of this falls on upper-management - starting with the request for a cost-of-living adjustment, which was refused, paired with 12/13 hour days with a schedule that included almost all closing shifts and all holidays and weekends, unless a special request was made. There was talk about rotating weekends and holidays but ultimately, they were just words that never came to fruition."
