"no balance with personal life, but they claim it is one of there values. With a down economy, budgets are unreachable. No help. They claim using proper scheduling will bring sales, but two, three people cannot do it all."

"completely change the model. executive management has lost their touch of the real world and what it takes. Most of the people working are just hear to get a paycheck, and most are currently looking for other jobs."

"There was no room for advancement, and much of the hard work I did was unappreciated and unrewarded. It was poor pay for the amount of work that was required and the responsibilities that were given to me."

"Recognize the people who work hard to make your company successful, and compensate all associates fairly for the amount of work required of them."
