"If you are looking to make a change to help yourself then it good. But if you have a family & want to continue to have a family then stop & don't go any further."

What don't you like about working at Tractor Supply Co.?

"the district manager was overly abusive ( and no longer emplyeed) Too many hours to cover with a small staff and a small payroll budget."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Let the managers be managers and allow them too do the right thing with staffing. Have a clear system in place to report wrong doing to HR to keep a fair & balanced work environment when the DM is going beyond normal working conditions."

"Don't beleive the picture that is painted."

What don't you like about working at Tractor Supply Co.?

"no balance with personal life, but they claim it is one of there values. With a down economy, budgets are unreachable. No help. They claim using proper scheduling will bring sales, but two, three people cannot do it all."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"completely change the model. executive management has lost their touch of the real world and what it takes. Most of the people working are just hear to get a paycheck, and most are currently looking for other jobs."

"The customers. The layout of the store and the ease of shopping, the selection of pet food."

"Be careful, look at the personnel within the store and the district manager. Any one can paint a pretty picture."

What don't you like about working at Tractor Supply Co.?

"They abuse management due to being salary, they do not hold all management to the same standards and expectations, policies are not stated clearly when hired, only when they are in favor of certain personnel."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn all you can, always ask questions, when in doubt ask the district manager, they are micro-managers and have to be in on every decison that is made in each and every store."
