"The Company is professsionally structured. They treat thier employees of all levels with respect. There are no suprises and great potential for employee growth."

"Great company to work for & great employee growth opportunities. If a store Manger position is desired, prepare for may hours, holidays and weekends."
What don't you like about working at California Pizza Kitchen?
"Strictly the hours of a Manager. Sometimes we would close the store late in the evening & open very early the next day with only a few hours of sleep. Also, the continuous hours of nights, weekends, and most holidays."

"I believe the company has changed some of the rules for management due to the same reasons I have mentioned above. So, I believe my suggestions may not apply."

"I'm a Direct Marketing specialist and Allstate is not deeply committed to Direct Marketing."

"Do not except a job there if you are creative or ambitious. I assure you it will not be rewarded. If they have a friend who needs a job you could lose yours."

"Favoritism, double standards, exceptions made for friends of upper management, jobs not posted and given to friends, forced hirings of close friends or relatives."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They are so closed minded because they all came from same culture. Rarely open to new ideas. Need to give employees some hope of advancement. Lots of double standards."
