"The store itself had a wonderful environment due to a fabulous team."

"The upper management refused to listen to any criticism, often punished complaints with a cold shoulder (at the very least) and was absolutely blind to input both positive and negative from any associate or store level personnel."

"Get your head straight. Your customers are there because of the store personnel, not because of your uber complicated sales charts or your impossible to flog credit cards."
