"Deloitte is a great place to work. Deloitte provides many training and development opportunities. However, Human resource transformation (HRT) leadership is not in compliance with Deloitte's corporate policies. As a result, the team members are forced to put extra time in delivering the projects. Few individuals are compelling, and they easily bypass the company's policies and procedures."
