"I enjoy the work I do and the challenges at my job employees and equipment/processes. I'm happy with my pay, bonus and vacation time allotted me."

"Akorn has settled into a status quo envirnoment along with a culture that refuses to allow outsiders penatrate. Management micro manages every little step, change or movement made in the company. No room has been made for growth, improvement or change."

"One big step towards change would be allowing management to perform there jobs. There is so much talent within the organization, but its been stiffold."

"Need to understand this is a very competitive environment and that support from management is minimal."

"I loved the location as well as the history the Big M Corp. is known for."

"I would say work here if you have a drive for retail. I think the company is amazing and their is plenty of opportunity for advancement."

"I personally did not like the way some of the other management in this particular store treated other employees."

"I would suggest more staff meetings as well as being open for opinions from all forms of management and the team."

"Look at the product you are selling because this company is like a dinosaur that has a product that is very limited"

"There is no future there. The owner has been talking about closing up for a while.The productis being use less because of no new constrution in the building industry"

"I think the company is a little too small and does not seek to retain talent, I think that this could be changed and they would have more success"

"I think they need to hire a more skilled team of managers with education higher than the staff I think individuals who work hard should be rewarded and not vice versa"
