"Continue interacting with the sales floor in a friendly but conservative manner, making both the employees and customers comfortable enough to address any problems they may have with you or anything else."

"The Lowe's I work for has favoritism. It's an unethical experience working for a company where the managers lie and pick people for supervisor positions, not based on experiences or skill, but on whom they feel are skinnier, or prettier, or whom they have a relationship with outside of work."

"I feel like Sanford Lowes--I'm not sure about all Lowe's but Sanford--definitely needs to get a whole new group of managers who are honest and ethical."
