It does experience significant limitations as a government contractor and large corporation. Limited perks, stuffy atmosphere, and hard to implement creative ideas. What do you like about working at Lockheed Martin?

"The level of professionalism at Lockheed Martin is far beyond what I was accustomed to. The vast majority of workers are incredibly diligent about their daily tasks and despite the freedoms and flexibility offered by the company are able to maintain professionalism."

What don't you like about working at Lockheed Martin?

"Due to the nature of Lockheed Martin's customers, mostly Department of Defense and other government branches, the technology at our disposal is often outdated and obsolete. Many of the requirements are far too stringent and the processes seem extremely restrictive."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Reduce the levels of management and give employees the chance to succeed and thrive. Stifling their creativity and binding their skill set is not the way forward."
