"I didn't like the inconsistency among regional management. Difficult to know the direction to go."

"Negotiate your rights to fair and equal opportunity to continue your career Rights to terminate employment at anytime Just like you are an investment to their company, they are an investment to you and your state of being. Remove the rights for them to reinvest without 1st negotiating and restructuring a method of reducing their overhead with you and go through a process of fair elimination prior to laying you off."

"Growth was limited to position openings, had to leave the company I loved to advance my career"

"Negotiate with employees on paycuts and other methods of reducing overhead expenses instead of laying off experienced staff which only creates deficiency in the system, which cost the company in the end result."

"Lennar gave me the tools to be successful. They let me be entrepreneurial in my approach to getting a difficult job done."

"Office support staff very efficient with REO information/paperwork needed"

"Advancement given to family/friends instead of better qualified employee"

"Speak to employees with respect"

"I liked being part of new homes being built and seeing them from start to finish."

"Try to get close to your boss because that way you will stay employed longer."

"Some people too close to bosses that should have been let go."

"Some of the management needs to be changed."

"I had good co workers but Lennar did not treat the good employees well at all. With no compensation or notoriaty for a seven day week during busy times."

"Bad management, micro management."

"Fire all the upper managers and promote the working field managers who know what it is like to start from the bottom and work up. Thgey make overall much better upper management. College degrees with no field knowledge does not cut it."

"There's nothing about Lennar Homes I did not like, I would love to work for them again."

"I enjoyed the challenges in my position. I also loved working with the wonderful people who worked fpr Lenar. Team motivation was a blast!"

"Be professional and do not intimidate easily. I was interviewed first by the man who would be my superior. Lennar also expects you to interview with a second high ranking manager. I was fortunate enough to have 5 for the price of one. The President, Vice President, CFO, and 2 Senior Project Managers. Be prepared for anything."

"The finger pointing. If you make a mistake own up and fix it, don't try to pass the blame."

"Recognize the hard work and dedication of all your emplyees and mahe all of them bonus elegible."

"When Lennar bought out Concord we lost the Customers relations"
