"I was able to continue my education while working there which helped when layoffs started. Benefits and paid vacations as a loan officer are rare but Lennar had it all."

"After starting with an amazing manager and having her leave the new choices were poor and bottom of the barrel"

"Expand to other states and try harder to keep the employees you had"

"that management rushed us to finish the home.... and then complained when quality wasn't there."
