"everything but my immediate manager, I could have sued and won a discrimination case."

"Lennar Homes gave me a great responsibilities and mold me to become a better construction manager than I was yesterday. Everyday was challenge and multi-tasking which I thrive for day to day. I love to interact with all different trade partners and homeowners. I loved my job because I can always count on myself and other team members to execute and accomplish common goal which we all strive highest level of quality of home building."

"Be candid, work hard and always remember that be a team member and go extra miles to make it happen."

"The company would not allow construction managers to do hands on any construction activities because of liability."

"Keep up the good work and I would like to see some cross training for all construction managers."

"While I was employed by Lennar the mangement team was very professional, worked well with other department i.e (Customer Service as well as the Sales team). Had a good connection with all trade partners."

"I didn't like the management. Each time new management was brought in, they were clueless as the prior management. They also were never fair. If they didn't like you, then you would get the worst communities."

"Stop hiring your friends and relatives. Hire people who actually know what they are doing."
