"It was the typical national builder where you were a number instead of a name.. Manager was not approachable. He had issues responding to emails ( had to follow up several times) not the best to return phone calls."

"Lennar is a good place to work but it depends on the field you're in. In my case, I worked with technology so the west coast team is limited when it comes to growth opportunity. I believe this would be a different story if I was located in Miami. The work environment is mostly positive so I do recommend working at Lennar if the opportunity suits you well."

What do you like about working at Lennar?

"Lennar Homes gave me a great responsibilities and mold me to become a better construction manager than I was yesterday. Everyday was challenge and multi-tasking which I thrive for day to day. I love to interact with all different trade partners and homeowners. I loved my job because I can always count on myself and other team members to execute and accomplish common goal which we all strive highest level of quality of home building."

"Be candid, work hard and always remember that be a team member and go extra miles to make it happen."

What don't you like about working at Lennar?

"The company would not allow construction managers to do hands on any construction activities because of liability."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep up the good work and I would like to see some cross training for all construction managers."
