What do you like about working at Johanson Technology?
"There were incredible people working there at times but they would often leave for political reasons. The CEO is one of the best out there, listens and tries to address problems as they come up."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Take a really hard look and ask lots of questions."
What don't you like about working at Johanson Technology?
"The VP of Sales and Marketing. He tries to micromanage EVERY aspect of the company aside from sales and marketing. He is extremely slow to respond to anything regarding the aforementioned and takes little to no responsibility for his actions or inactions. There are many quality and production issues primarily due to engineering problems. The problems are known but never addressed."
What do you like about working at American Power Conversion ?
"They allowed me a lot of freedom to work with current and new customers and allowed me to leverage opportunities and provided the necessary support needed to drive the goals set. They invested the time and resources to develop the products needed to grow my business."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Ask about growth opportunities, new product development plans and what partners (Developmental Customers). Who they see themselves aligned with in the near future and what expansion plans do they have in the near future."
What don't you like about working at American Power Conversion ?
"Sometimes the timing that it took to develop and launch new products and complete the processes needed to set up a new customer and a proprietary product."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Expand product offerings and do not limit themselves in only the select few channels they serve. Be great in all areas of their business."
What do you like about working at Boyer's Coffee?
"The owner, Mr. Bill Boyer, was a very good man and a very fair employer."
What do you like about working at Siemens?
"The trust and confidence in my ability to succeed and increase Bayer's revenue through initiative."
