"If you kiss ass to the supervisors and the union negotiating committee your golden."
"Kellogg’s used to be a great company to work for but in the last 5 years or so it has gone downhill quickly. While executives get more the people producing the products get less. Less pay, less benefits."
"Good company, a bit too conservative but has good products and employees."
"Pays well, work life balance is not desirable. Union rules are out of control."
"Good company undergoing change, but not willing to become process driven to meet desired results. Kellogg works to be inclusive, while behaving financially and operationally conservative, so much so they are behind the technology curve and falling further behind."
"Constant changing environment, union workplace for the hourly associates, need knowledge in lean manufacturing,"
"I’ve worked and Kellogg’s for two years and it was the best years. I’ve learned lots of responsibilities and I also got a lot of knowledge that I didn’t know when I first started. The job was frustrating at first and once I got the hang of things the job became the most simplest job. Everything started coming to me so easily and I loved it."
"Good Compensation and Flexible hours for internships"
"Kellogg is a fast-changing Food company"
"Great work life balance and benefits!"
"Big company with lots of opportunities to use your talent."
"I've worked for Kellogg's since 2005. The company offers good benefits and compensation, though work/life balance seems to be unbalanced and all talk from higher ups. The good news is that they do APPEAR to be trying to correct this. The bad news is that they offer fewer and fewer benefits each year (limited stock options, health plans offer less, etc.)."
"Great place to work. Ideal for work-life balance. Excellent atmosphere."
"Team environment is great with a great manager. Very ideal environment for work-life balance."
"Kellogg's was a great place to work. Although, over the past two years, the corporate culture has declined making Kellogg's not such a great place to work. Poor decision making and incompetent middle management to the senior management has resulted in poor business results. Seriously, not a good place to work."
