"Ask questions about the expectations and your specific tasks and get complete tour of the building, not a pre-determined route."

"Not having SMART objectives to work based on. Too many meetings and not enough time in a day to accomplish all tasks on hand."

"To have realistic and SMART objectives and minimize meeting times."

"I do get to focus on my actual job. Not pulled away from it much."

"Pay, Benefits are good as well as company product discount."

"Need to be more receptive to the ideas from plant floor."

"independence, sales, working with a set group of accounts. Directing merchandisers."

"turn around and RUN! This ever changing company makes changes for the worse. Someon who has been there for 20 years makes the same pay as someone who just started."

What don't you like about working at Kellogg's?

"working 6-7 days a week due to variable labor budgets, order refusals where pricing is an issue is out of my control, but counted against me. Working late nights to set up store displays, price changes and lack of communication from a variety of account managers make working here feel worn out, stressed, and emotionally drained with no personal life."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"put Territory managers back on commission or put them on hourly pay. Bonus structure needs to include part time merchandisers and territory relief reps."

"Continuous innovation of product and equipment with in the facility."

"A good understanding of company history and acquisitions is required"

"Lack of availability of positions to grow and develop into."

"Develop paths of growth for employees to engage long term employment"

"The people I work with are very helpful and I like what the company stands for."

"Be relaxed and show how you would be a good fit to the Kellogg culture. Study the K values (which you can research) and show how you would enjoy working within those guidelines."

"I don't like the location in Michigan. The amount of empowerment to people"

"There is not enough ownership / empowerment and lower levels. There is considerable fire fighting going on."

"Enjoyed working with a technology team to streamline use of technology companywide improving efficiency."

"Be passionate about working with people, and wanting to solve problems."

"I am very fortunate to be employed and work for a company that takes care of their employees. I have zero complaints."

"Management has an excellent focus on growth and efficiency, I would suggest to maintain their strong focus on continual improvement."

"The people I work with in the plant have a desire to do the things that need to be done."

"Each plant has it's own personality. Be sure that you feel that your style fits in with the plant you are applying to."

What don't you like about working at Kellogg's?

"The Pikeville location is very remote and was a challenge to relocate to with limited housing opportunities."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The onboarding process is limited and makes it a challenge if you are not already familiar with the companies processes"
