"Kellogg’s used to be a great company to work for but in the last 5 years or so it has gone downhill quickly. While executives get more the people producing the products get less. Less pay, less benefits."

"I've worked for Kellogg's since 2005. The company offers good benefits and compensation, though work/life balance seems to be unbalanced and all talk from higher ups. The good news is that they do APPEAR to be trying to correct this. The bad news is that they offer fewer and fewer benefits each year (limited stock options, health plans offer less, etc.)."
