"Overall, it's the best real estate company to work with. The industry is a tough business, and you have to be very persistent & consistent to succeed in this economy."

What don't you like about working at Keller Williams Realty?

"I don't like the inconsistent pay, and being subjected to many variables to be able to get paid: appraisals, lenders, title companies, etc."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Continue to support every agent to try to make sure they have success systems to plug into, thus enabling their chances for success."
