"I hate being in the front as a receptionist. I would like to work more in a back office where I don't have front contact, and be in my own office or cubicle."

"The fact that my lay off was due to a work slow down did not make me happy. I was nearly 62 years old and would have preferred working until age 65."

"Nothing. The operation was well managed and functioning satisfactorily. I would run nothing differently than the way the operation was managed."

"Location of Office in Stockton, CA was too far to commute daily."

"Communication problems always arose and with Kaiser being a big company there were lots of different chains of hierarchy to get through in order to fix certain problems."

"Create a better system for communication for all employees so that there is a better connection between hospital staff employees and administration team members."
