"You need to come in as a contractor and then find a permanent position while you are there. Most jobs require experience there."

What don't you like about working at Kaiser Permanente?

"I worked for a manager who did not like women. Not much anyone can do about that."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get 360 feedback on managers, listen to it, and apply it. I know people on my team gave excellent feedback on the manager we had and nothing was done about it."

"Kaiser Permanente is one of the best companies I have worked so far. Very good work culture. Onsite Fitness center, Basketball court, Sand Volleyball, & Nice food court, and healthy walking trails. KP provides Bicycle for day time rides."

"Nothing from my side to quote as all the groups within the company have their own style of management."

"I am in the Rotation Program for early career professionals and while the program could use some fine tuning, it is a great experience. However, we were unofficially assured there would be plenty of jobs for us to transition into once the program ends but some people had issues finding jobs and were simply let go. What's the point in taking in early career professionals and then either forcing them into non technical jobs or kicking them to the curb?"
