"Take the 360's of supervisors seriously. There is a supervisor where 5 of their 7 staff rated her horribly, and she received a promotion."

"You need to come in as a contractor and then find a permanent position while you are there. Most jobs require experience there."

"I worked for a manager who did not like women. Not much anyone can do about that."

"Get 360 feedback on managers, listen to it, and apply it. I know people on my team gave excellent feedback on the manager we had and nothing was done about it."

"It is a nice place to work and they are very professional."

"As it varies from group to group, I cannot quote it in general."

"Nothing from my side to quote as all the groups within the company have their own style of management."

"I worked for Kaiser on a two year contract. I found it to be a good experience, event though the project I worked on struggled in many areas, including launch and post-production support. The people were hard-working and fair. The company cares about their clients and their employees."

"I've worked for KP-IT since 2006. KP may be a leader in healthcare IT, however, still lot of room for improvement. Lots of very smart people there, however, their qualities are not always fully used due to turf-wars and politics."
