"I have worked with KP for 5 years and I have excelled in all the teams I have been placed on. I developed new ideas, updated the training logs, and raised the metrics because of my ability to complete the job better and faster than before. I have the little capability for promotion and haven’t been taught much more in HR than what my department offers. I learned more HR knowledge on my own will to ask questions from my colleagues in other departments or buildings within KP."
