"The company as a whole faces some marked challenges during the current economic climate given the nature of its business during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. While it is my belief some organizational progress has been halted due to high-level management making the bulk of decisions, all on-site managerial and sales staff I have worked with have been of nothing but positive character. At the store level, my time spent at Jos. A. Bank has been nothing but positive. However, it remains clear that this employer may be facing long term organizational challenges in the near future."
