"The company as a whole faces some marked challenges during the current economic climate given the nature of its business during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. While it is my belief some organizational progress has been halted due to high-level management making the bulk of decisions, all on-site managerial and sales staff I have worked with have been of nothing but positive character. "The company undervalues you. You get no help from upper management or from corporate. When company works over the customer, you take the heat and get yelled at by the customer, threats and all for them as they will never directly communicate with said customer. I've seen customers charged for things twice on orders and told to put duplicate item when it comes in back in stock and not refund money back to customer. They always use deceptive practices."
