"The company offers a lot of opportunities for its employees to grow and engage in the business success. Their benefits are competitive and their culture is top of mind which is better than most organizations but it continues to be a work in progress. They offer services that do well among the competition and strive to stay innovative and ahead of the game."
"Great company in every way."
"Great company. Good people. Great travel perks and health benefits. Super flexible. Low pay"
"JetBlue is an amazing place to work. They care for their employees so much and with a variety of benefits and support that the work feels fun, not tedious."
"Excellent company with an amazing culture."
"I have worked at Jet Blue since 2016, I have been promoted from a Crew member to and a Lead and finally a Supervisor. The job can be stressful as upper management is useless and unhelpful when it comes to the day to day operations. When things go well you hear nothing and when things go wrong the finger has to be pointed at someone. Other Jet blue stations are completely different than when it comes to JFK, so in many other places, the work environment is very much more positive and better."
"A lot of favoritism is prevalent in the company. Unqualified people are hired for technical roles."
"My team is great. I want more growth opportunities"
