What do you like about working at Jackson Hewitt?

"was able to help people prepare for retirement by showing the correlation between tax savings and 401K saving."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"They will hire anyone if they are willing to pass their tax class. There is traditionally a shortage of tax preparers nationwide."

What don't you like about working at Jackson Hewitt?

"Most of the clients were earned income recipients who did not care that they were being charged a 99.99% APR to file taxes."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I really do not have any suggestions for management as this was over 5 years ago and the culture may have changed."
