"Outsourced vendors lack expertise. Everything takes twice as long to complete, and no one really cares if it's done right. Costs went up while quality went down."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn from your mistakes. Bring back the people who love the hospitality business, and loose the vendors that will only say yes to every request, but can't deliver quality."
