"Integrity is highly important. While the dress code is casual, understand they sell accounting products and are very conservative."

"The rigid structure."

"Understanding that compliance with State Law is paramount (Intuit does a terrific job of insuring they comply) find ways to accommodate employees. For example, offer 1.5 hour lunch periods for those who want to exercise during lunch if they ask for it."
