"Don't go for even an interview you will get insulted by their HR staff their really bad ignorant and respect for new hire. You better off find another legitimate company."
What don't you like about working at Synacor?
"Synacor is the worst company in downtown buffalo because bad employees, bad pay, and you work like a dog. You get insult from employees that have no respect for anyone there and most of them are racists."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Fire all the raciest employees that are there now and replace them with good ones."

"the working environment is good. And EHS can protect the employer very well."

"I think being sincere and honest is most important. Just taking as you think."

"working processing is slow, sometimes it will reduce the efficiency."

"If some processing passed quicker, I think it can increase the working efficiency."

"They had very interesting projects in an industry I was not very familiar with, but loved learning new things there. I was able to pick their brains with the knowledge they had about photography."
